All presenting authors must pay non-refundable pre-registration fee and is limited to present no more than three papers in oral and poster sessions. Only pre-registered and paid papers before 20 February, 2008 will be scheduled in the symposium program. Inclusion of the paper in the final Technical Program and PIERS Proceedings is guaranteed only after the pre-registration of the presenting author is completed. Your pre-registration will be valid only provided your payment is received timely.

Before 20 February, 2008, the pre-registration fee is US $395 and for students with valid identification, the pre-registration fee is US $195. After 20 February, 2008, and during the symposium, the registration fee will be increased to US $500 and for students US $300. On-site registration opportunity is for non-presenting authors only. Registration fee for your articles is non-refundable.

Kindly be aware that there is NO Mail Service of conference materials for PIERS participants. The final PIERS Proceedings will be open-accessed on PIERS website after the conference date.
